STG Legal is experienced in corporate and personal insolvency and provides its clients with advice from the issuing of Creditor’s Statutory Demands, and Bankruptcy Notices, to providing general and commercial insolvency advice. We also assist our clients negotiate with its creditors so they can avoid legal recovery action and focus on running their businesses.
STG Legal is also engaged by a number of Liquidators and Trustees in Bankruptcy and is experienced in:
- unfair preference claims /opposing unfair preference claims;
- insolvent trading claims, and other uncommercial transactions/opposing such claims; and
